Georgie Girl may not look it, but her DNA test shows she has a high Maremma content — and she carries a few traits true to her guardian-breed roots. These aren’t negatives, just things to understand so she can thrive in the right home. 💛

Here’s what to know about our gorgeous girl:

🌿 Aloof with new people. She is not mean or reactive — she simply likes to sit back, watch, and decide in her own time when you’re worthy of being her bestie.

🏡 Loves being outside. She’ll happily come inside for couch time, but she needs a yard and somewhere she can “work,” supervise, and patrol her perimeter.

💛 Affectionate with her people. Once you’re in her circle, she’s loyal, gentle, and smoochy.

🔇 Quiet girl, but will alert bark. You’ll know when someone arrives, but otherwise she’s peaceful and calm.

🐕 Dog selective. She adores the dogs she clicks with (usually males) and simply ignores the ones she’s not interested in. She would prefer to be in a solo dog home but with regular play dates with other dogs. ⏱️ Fine to be left home for the working day. She’s independent and settles well.

💆‍♀️ Loves tummy tickles and ear rubs. 🚶‍♀️ Beautiful on lead. Checks in regularly, responsive, obedient, and a genuinely lovely walking companion.
